Love what does this four letter word mean? When you talk about love the first thing that comes to anyone’s mind is romance and a relationship between a man and a woman. There are different kinds of love that do exist that we overlook in our day to day activities; familial, platonic and God’s loves are the three major loves that you can ever dream of experiencing to the fullest and without conditions. In today’s world people tend to mistake lust for love. When a man walks up to a woman and says I love you most likely he means I want you. This brings me to my topic of the day “Love and Money”.

Money has always been associated with love; if you don’t have money then you can’t be loved that’s the most common expression we tend to hear especially from the male folks. This has made men work extremely hard to earn extra money so they can attract more women; talk of men being polygamous all because of money. And women have ensured things stay as they are they only go for men who have the moolah and can give them the kind of lifestyle they want you know being pampered taken out for dinner name it. Because of all these scenarios the kind of love that did exist in our grandparents’ era doesn’t exist with our young folks of today. Women want money, good lifestyle and men want sex so love has been commercialized and it’s no longer the true love that we crave for. So we tend to fool ourselves that we are in love but in realty we are only exercising lust; the lust for money drives women to look for a rich guy while the lust for sex drives older men to prey on young girls who are desperate for money which leads to premarital sex and the rampant spread of HIV AIDS.

To stop all this madness we need to sit down and start thinking like human beings. Lets get this lust from ourselves and exercise true love; love someone for who they are not what they have. Let’s make this a better society than we found it. Let not our riches control our emotions but the humane part of us; before prying on that young gal who is underage think of her as your own daughter or sister how will you feel if someone did that to them. And for us women lets strive to be independent, look for a job whether its low paying or well paying do something for yourself earn your own money and budget for it. Don’t let yourself be someone’s doormat just because he pays the bills he treats you the way he wants. NO have a say in the relationship and avoid sugar daddies. If we all become practical and responsible life will be much better and indeed TRUE LOVE will be experienced once again.

Have a blessed week!

When you talk about part time jobs the first thing that comes to mind is working from the comfort of your house. This is partly true but the truth is you can do part time work in different locations.

There are different kinds of part time work available all you need to do is look for them and look in the right places. Some of the jobs that you can do as part time include;

Working as a nannie for your friend or even your neighbour. If you are stay at home mum or even a student you can do the job. All you need to do is look around where you live and you'll know whose in need of your services. After you've identified someone talk to them and explain the reason why you want to do the job and you being a friend, relative or neighbour it will be easier to get the job because the person can trust you.

Another part time opportunity is your nearest cafe. Most restaurants or cafe's are always packed during lunch hour or in the evenings. You can talk to the owner so that you help out during the busy hours and this way you'll be able to earn some money. You can also help out in the supermarket during the rush hours.

You can also visit a garage near you, get to talk to talk to either the owner or maybe one of the mechanics. You can even offer to help out for free but at the end of the day you'll be learning without payment so you dont loose.

I hope this helps you in finding your part time job!
